Емисија Око на РТС телевизији

Crkve, isposnice i manastiri porušeni neposredno pre i posle ulaska NATO trupa na Kosovo i Metohiju polako nestaju, svedoči materijal objavljen na Jutjubu. Gost "Oka" je producent Ninoslav Ranđelović koji već 26 godina beleži stanje kulturnih spomenika nealbanskog stanovništva na Kosovu i Metohiji. Ovog proleća obišao je neke od svetinja, oštećenih tokom rata sa UČK, koje je posetio i pre dvadesetak godina. Od snimljenog materijala napravio je film "Satiranje svetinja" koji je objavio na Jutjubu, a planira da ga prikaže u nekoliko svetskih metropola. U "Oku" govori o svom odlasku na KiM i onome što je tamo zatekao, a u emisiji će biti prikazani fragmenti iz filma koji svedoče o veoma lošem stanju u kojem se spomenici nalaze. 

Културоцид на Косову и Метохији: Сатирање српске културне и духовне баштине 

Захваљујем се организатору ове конференције на позиву да у њој учествујем и да се овде прикажу неки од видео записа из моје продукције, који недвосмислено указују на специфичан аспект трагедије на Косову и Метохији – на процес који траје већ 26 година, дакле од доласка међународних војних снага и полиције. Реч је о уништавању и скрнављењу српске културне и духовне баштине као и о скрнављењу и уништавању српских гробаља. 

Ово је недвосмислено процес који за свој циљ има брисање најрелевантнијих показатеља вишевековног присуства српског народа на овим просторима. Управо због тога сам у наслову овог мог обраћања употребио реч ”културоцид” јер она најбоље дефинише како карактер тог процеса, тако и његов циљ.

Чињеница да се овај процес одвија у присуству међународне заједнице додатно указује на њен суштински неуспех у постизању прокламованог циља свог присуства на КиМ. 

Наиме, не само да у присуству институција војске и полиције међународне заједнице нису заштићена основна људска права свих који на КиМ живе, већ је данас, ево, на делу брисање присуства српског народа на КиМ и уништавање српске културне и духовне баштине. 

Ова реалност Косова и Метохије такође дискредитује и тзв. институције Косова. Јер њихова очигледна немоћ или неспремност да заштите вандализоване српске цркве и манастире, као и да се побољшају безбедоносни услови и слободан приступ до њих свима који би желели да до тих светиња дођу свакако нису показатељ зрелости тих косовских институција нити показатељ њихове спремности да се за ову конкретну реалност Косова и Метохије нађе цивилизацијско решење.

Тако, неуспех међународне заједнице у остваривању свог основног разлога присуства на овом простору, као и немоћ тзв. косовских институција да допринесу успостављању цивилизацијских вредности и услова живота за све људе који на Косову и Метохији живе, јесу два основна аспекта проблема на који указује фактичко стање у коме се налази српска културна и духовна баштина.

У овом свом обраћању данас, желим да Вам дам на увид моје лично искуство рада на документовању страдања српског цивилног становништва, и евидентирању оскрнављених и девастираних српских светиња на КиМ. 

Пре свега, указао бих на једну неоспорну чињеницу која илуструје саму суштину проблема. Реч је о томе да чак и након 26 година како овај културоцид траје на КиМ, документ који евидентира СВЕ порушене и оскрнављене српске православне светиње – НЕ ПОСТОЈИ. Дакле, тренутно не постоји ни елементарно сведочанство о фактичком стању у коме је српска културна и духовна баштина на КиМ. На који начин се онда може очекивати да тако озбиљан проблем може уопште и бити понуђен суду светске јавности или да се од најрелевантнијих институција међународне заједнице може очекивати да се за овај проблем коначно нађе цивилизацијско решење?

Као независтан аутор и продуцент, пратим колико сам то у могућности, овај процес културоцида на КиМ од 1999. године до данас. Документи које сам реализовао су протеклих деценија били представљени на најрелевантнијим политичким институцијама, установама културе, универзитетима, конференцијама, филмским фестивалима у Србији и свету. Разлог томе је што су моји видео записи заправо ексклузивна сведочанства и као таква у великој мери и једина документација која постоји. Баш као и ови видео документи које сада гледате, а који су снимљени почетком ове године на локалитетима које до тада нико није посетио и евидентирао. У том смислу може се помислити да моје бављење овом темом има смисла и сврхе. 

Међутим, моја основна намера је била, као што је то и данас, да инспиришем, пре свега, представнике српске државе и СПЦ да посебну пажњу обрате на овај аспект трагедије на КиМ и да подрже продукцију једне систематичне и професионално урађене евиденције фактичког стања у коме се налази СВА вандализована и оскрнављена српска културна и духовна баштина на КиМ. На жалост, у томе до сада нисам имао успеха. Стога сам наставио да се овом темом и даље бавим као независтан аутор и продуцент са свим лимитацијама које такав начин рада са собом носи. 

Не бих се овом приликом бавио свим детаљима који илуструју ово моје искуство неуспеха да инспиришем представнике српске државе и СПЦ да се укључе у рад на евидентирању ове стварности на КиМ. Радије бих се у овом обраћању фокусирао на то што је мој садашњи приоритет. Наиме, управо сам на мом вебсајту који сам покренуо прошле године изразио АПЕЛ свим људима добре воље, као и српској дијаспори да подрже моја настојања да реализујем КОМПЛЕТНУ документарну видео архиву која би на недвосмислен начин указала на овај културоцид који је на делу на простору КиМ. За сада је одзив на тај мој апел релативно мали, али захваљујући подршци тридесетак појединаца, био сам у стању да обезбедим минимална средства и да ове године забележим ово што ви сада гледате.

Надам се да ће јавни догађаји као што је ова конференција, помоћи да за ова моја настојања сазна више људи и да се коначно стекну услови да се та комплетна видео архива реализује и пружи на увид светској јавности.

С друге стране, мој ће евентуални неуспех да инспиришем људе да своју пажњу фокусирају управо на овај аспект трагедије на КиМ – на овај културоцид, као и чињеница да су видео записи једног независног аутора и продуцента тренутно ЈЕДИНО сведочанство о пропадању српске културне и духовне баштине на КиМ – постати својеврстан документ о овом проблему. Сведочанство да ни српска држава, као ни СПЦ није у овом времену брисања присуства српског народа на КиМ, смогла снаге да о тој трагедији говори језиком чињеница. Баш као што то нису успеле ни институције међународне заједнице и тзв институције Косова

Уверен сам и да је лош изговор који се од представника српске државе и СПЦ чује када се ова тема, додуше ретко на медијима у Србији, дотакне, а то је да НИЈЕ ВРЕМЕ да се такав документ реализује, јер су безбедоносни услови лоши, и да би такав ангажман додатно погоршао положај преосталог српског живља на Косову и Метохији. Сматрам то лошим изговором, јер се њиме заправо игнорише стварност КиМ, као и истински проблеми са којима се српски народ данас суочава. Сматрам и да пропуштањем да се укључе у реализацију предложеног документа, српска држава и СПЦ фактички пропуштају шансу да изразе ЉУДСКО незадовољство постојећим стањем ствари. Да укажу на одсуство основних људских вредности на КиМ и да се самим тим боре за услове живота достојног људског бића.

Ево, овом приликом и на овој конференцији упућујем апел свима Вама да помогнете да се пројекат који предлажем коначно реализује. Да документа кога тренутно нема, ускоро коначно буде – тј., да се реализује евиденција СВИХ порушених српских православних светиња на КиМ и да се тај документ да на увид светској јавности.

Уверен сам да би сама чињеница да такав документ постоји, усмерила говор о КиМ ка тражењу цивилизацијског решења које свакако превазилази једнострана и разним факторима условљена политичка решења.

Culturicide in Kosovo and Metohia: Destruction of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage

I want to thank the organizer of this conference for the invitation to participate in it and to present here some of the videos from my production, which unequivocally point to a specific aspect of the tragedy in Kosovo and Metohia – a process that has been going on for 26 years, since the arrival of international military forces and police - destruction and desecration of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage, as well as the desecration and destruction of Serbian cemeteries.

This reality is clearly a process aimed at erasing the most significant indicators of the Serbian people's centuries-old presence in this region. That is precisely why I used the word "culturicide" in the title of my address, because it best defines both the character of this process and its goal.

The fact that this process is taking place in the presence of the international community further indicates its fundamental failure to achieve the proclaimed goal of its presence in Kosovo and Metohia.

Namely, not only are the fundamental human rights of all those living in Kosovo and Metohia not protected in the presence of the international community's military and police institutions, but today, the erasure of the presence of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohia and the destruction of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage are being carried out.

This reality of Kosovo and Metohia also discredits the so-called institutions of Kosovo. Because their apparent inability or unwillingness to protect the vandalized Serbian churches and monasteries, as well as to improve security conditions and free access to them for all who would like to visit these holy places, is certainly not an indicator of the maturity of these Kosovo institutions nor an indicator of their readiness to find a civilizational solution for this specific reality of Kosovo and Metohia.

Thus, the failure of the international community to achieve its fundamental cause for being present in this area, as well as the inability of the so-called Kosovo institutions to contribute to the establishment of civilizational values ​​and living conditions for all people living in Kosovo and Metohia, are two fundamental aspects of the problem indicated by the factual state of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage.

In my address today, I would like to give you an insight into my personal experience working on documenting the suffering of the Serbian civilian population and recording the desecrated and devastated Serbian holy sites in Kosovo and Metohia.

First of all, I would like to point out one indisputable fact that illustrates the very essence of the problem. It is that even after 26 years of this culturicide in Kosovo and Metohia, a document that records ALLdestroyed and desecrated Serbian Orthodox holy sites DOES NOT EXIST. Therefore, there is currently no clear evidence regarding the current state of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage in Kosovo and Metohia. How can one then expect that such a serious problem can even be offered to the court of the world public, or that the most relevant institutions of the international community can be expected to finally find a civilizational solution to this problem?

As an independent author and producer, I have been following, to the best of my ability, this process of culturicide in Kosovo and Metohia from 1999 to the present day. The documents I have produced have been presented at the most relevant political and cultural institutions, universities, conferences, and film festivals in Serbia and around the world over the past decades. The reason for this is that my videos are exclusive testimonies and, as such, are the only documentation available, just as the videos you are watching now, which I recorded earlier this year at sites that had never been visited before. In that sense, my dealing with this topic has had meaning and purpose.

However, my primary intention was, as it is today, to inspire, first and foremost, representatives of the Serbian state and the Serbian Orthodox Church to pay special attention to this aspect of the tragedy in Kosovo and Metohia and to support the production of a systematic and professionally prepared record of the factual state of ALL vandalized and desecrated Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage in Kosovo and Metohia. Unfortunately, I have not been successful in this so far. Therefore, I have continued to work on this topic as an independent author and producer, with all the limitations that such a way of working entails.

I would not, on this occasion, go into all the details that illustrate my experience of failure to inspire representatives of the Serbian state and the Serbian Orthodox Church to support recording this reality in Kosovo and Metohia. I would rather focus on my current priority. Namely, on my website that I launched last year, I expressed an APPEAL to all people of goodwill, as well as the Serbian diaspora, to support my efforts to realize a COMPLETE documentary video archive that would unambiguously point to this culturicide that is taking place in Kosovo and Metohia. So far, the response to my appeal has been relatively small, but thanks to the support of about thirty individuals, I was able to secure minimal funds and record what you are watching now earlier this year.

I hope that public events such as this conference will help more people learn about my efforts and that the conditions will finally be created for this complete video archive to be realized and made available to the public.

On the other hand, my eventual failure to inspire people to focus their attention precisely on this aspect of the tragedy in Kosovo and Metohia – on this culturicide as well as the fact that the videos of an independent author and producer are currently the ONLY evidence of destruction of Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage in Kosovo and Metohia - will become in itself a document on this problem. Evidence that neither the Serbian state nor the Serbian Orthodox Church at this time of erasing the presence of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohia has found the strength to speak about this tragedy in the language of facts. Just as the institutions of the international community and the so-called institutions of Kosovo have not been able to do so either.

I am also convinced that the poor excuse heard from representatives of the Serbian state and the Serbian Orthodox Church when this topic is touched upon, albeit rarely in the media in Serbia, is that it is NOTthe time to produce such a document, because safety conditions are poor, and that such an engagement would further worsen the situation of the remaining Serbian population in Kosovo and Metohia. This is a poor excuse, because it ignores the reality of Kosovo and Metohia, as well as the real problems that the Serbian people face today. I also believe that by failing to engage in the production of the proposed document, the Serbian state and the Serbian Orthodox Church are effectively missing a chance to express HUMAN dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. To point out the absence of fundamental human values ​​in Kosovo and Metohia and thereby fight for the living conditions proper for human beings.

Here, on this occasion and at this conference, I appeal to all of you to help ensure that the project I propose is finally realized. That the document that currently does not exist will soon finally exist – that is, that a record of ALL destroyed Serbian Orthodox sanctuaries in Kosovo and Metohia be realized and that this document be made available to the world public.

The very existence of such a document would direct the discourse on Kosovo and Metohia towards seeking a civilizational solution that certainly goes beyond unilateral political solutions conditioned by various factors.
